Graphical Weather Printing Instructions
Weather Depiction, Radar Summary, Low-Level Significant WX Prognostic*, and
Constant Pressure Analysis (500mb):
1. Click on link on open the weather chart
2. Ctrl-A to select the entire chart
3. Ctrl-C to copy the chart
4. Create a new document in Microsoft Word
5. Change page to landscape
6. Ctrl-V to paste the image
7. Click on the image
8. Click and drag on the upper left corner to re-size and fit image to page
9. Click the print icon
*For printing purposes, use the black and white version, which can be
accessed by clicking on the GRAY DOT next to the chart's valid times
Winds and Temperatures Aloft:
1. Open the desired winds aloft or temperatures aloft chart
2. Click on File menu
3. Select Print
Composite Moisture Stability (850mb and 700mb), Constant Pressure Analysis,
Surface Analysis
1. Right-click the link and select "Save Target As..."
2. Click "Save" (this should save the image to the desktop)
3. Click "Open" when the file download is complete
4. Select File menu
5. Select Print
6. Delete the images from the Desktop when you are finished!
Convective Outlook:
1. Open the desired Convective Outlook chart
2. Click the "(Print Version)" link just above the chart
3. Select File menu
4. Select Print
